I have been there twice in the past week with an attempt to get a chocolate glazed / chocolate cake donut. The first time I requested chocolate cake— they gave me a chocolate frosted. So yummy and fast service
We love our shipleys. 10/10 I’m there practically daily. My toddler loves their “pik” donuts (pink-strawberry)
My kolache was a but cold. But donuts were fresh and soft. Really delicious!
The menu says there is egg and cheese and I ordered egg and cheese. They proceeded to give me egg and cheese, but whenever I took a bite, it was bacon and egg. I go inside to see if I can at least exchange it. They said they don’t even make them. Absolutely no reason for a Shipleys to accommodate for people who don’t eat pork How can I trust the people working at Shipley’s to have my best interest whenever I ask for something specific. I can’t even trust this place to give me what I want
