The menu says there is egg and cheese and I ordered egg and cheese. They proceeded to give me egg and cheese, but whenever I took a bite, it was bacon and egg. I go inside to see if I can at least exchange it. They said they don’t even make them. Absolutely no reason for a Shipleys to accommodate for people who don’t eat pork How can I trust the people working at Shipley’s to have my best interest whenever I ask for something specific. I can’t even trust this place to give me what I want

Our every Friday stop before school drop off. Great service and always fresh. Everyone is super nice even early in the morning with smiles, hellos and thank yous. Thank you for always taking care my children
I have been there twice in the past week with an attempt to get a chocolate glazed / chocolate cake donut. The first time I requested chocolate cake— they gave me a chocolate frosted. Okay, I thought, I wasn’t clear enough. I can live with this. The second time around I specifically said what it was called on their menu, a chocolate glazed donut.
