to Sandy for making my day! 1st time in this Shipleys and she brings the right customer service in the morning! Great personality, smile and conversation! The store was clean, had plenty items ready at 7:30am and easy to find location!
Very dirty inside
I placed an order online. As I picked my order up, I was told the coffee I had ordered wouldn’t be ready for 43 minutes. I told the clerk I could not wait that long and that I would like a refund. She said she could not give a refund and offered Do-Nuts instead. I already ordered food and did not need more food and surely wasn’t staying for 43 minutes. Pretty sad this is how people are treated when the store can’t provide what was ordered and paid for.
