This place has had consistent issues with their CSRs at the drive through. Today, waited almost 10mns because the car in front appeared to have ordered a few dozen donuts. Shipley store manager, have your employees move these customers forward to wait for their large order and free up window to service other customers. There at least 4 others behind me. This is basics.
