BAD customer service!!!! There are NO cars in the drive thru...they tske my order...ONE CINNAMON SUGAR DONUT...they leave me waiting...don't ask me to go to the window...I'm waiting...i ask ...can I or not have a donut? No answer...I process to the window and one of the employees opens thw window and asks"yessss?" Great donuts and kolaches.
The company I work for comes every month to this Shipley's to order our company breakfast for our training days in office, today my co-worker went to submit the order and the lady at the window was very rude because it was a large order and we did not order ahead of time I guess but note we come every month and do the same order day of and no one has never given us any issues before. 3 dozen kolaches (jalapeno) and 2 dozen (regular) half dozen donuts.
