While I don't have anything necessarily negative to say about the food, I will say it is VERY awkward to be asked to leave a tip every single time, especially on a $2 donut order. Everytime I go through the drive-thru, they asked me if I want to leave a tip. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to leave a $5 tip for $2 worth of donuts. And one time when I said no to the tip on the card but handed them $0.50 cents in change instead, they rolled their eyes and made ME feel like crap. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer receives personalized and attentive care. Her leadership is reflected in the positive energy and professionalism of her team—especially Heaven, Alma, and several other outstanding employees.
