We go here all the time. They staff are friendly, and the place is clean. It’s always quick. The donuts and kolaches are good. My son looks forward to our Friday morning kolache treats and our Saturday donuts.
A friend gave us a gift card to Shipley, so we went and spent about $30. They couldn't figure out how to process the gift card. The manager (owner?) came by and also couldn't process the gift card. Shipley gift cards appear to be paperweights. I took the time to reach out to the corporate gift card contact address, and she asked for details and then never responded.
