Update: 11/30/25 Manager called me back from this store to apologize & explain what was done and said to the Employee. I will give this store my original rating due to the fact that the manager called me back to rectify. Thank You Shipley's great management. Incident 11/29/25 Olivia at the front Counter was rude & disrespectful. NEVER had it been treated the way she treated us at any Shipley's I need the customer service or Managers #. She did not want to give me the number.
It’s very annoying that I cannot order a donut in English without the entire crew behind the counter being degrading because English is my first language and they cannot comprehend. If you simply hired more English speakers there will not be a language barrier in simple communication specifically when dealing with what is technically a business exchange.
