Donuts to expensive. The lady at the window customer service was not pleasant at all.
The place is old and the whole entire staff lacks customer service. And the ladies behind the counter are always talking amongst themselves. And saying very rude things about the customers in their language.
Today we went to the shipley donuts to buy some for our office the half of the donuts had mold we called and informed the manager she said the donuts come like that when we told her the other half of the donuts didnt have any she said this is not the first complaint she received she said if we like she can just return our money we told her she needed to get rid of the donuts she was selling she hung up the phone when we advised her thats a health issue and would be calling corporate
Mande hablar con la gerenta esta mañana para hablar sobre este tema para que se pueda resolver civilizadamente. Pero desafortunadamente la gerenta Concepcion le falta demaciada etica y profession para representar esta localidad. Le mencione el peligro que esta corriendo el publico con el mold que tienen las donas.
