I usually don’t have any problems with Shipley’s at any location, but today was a different story. We asked for 4 apple fritters and 1 instead, even after repeating the order. We paid, we left, got home to find out our donut holes were not in there. The kicker is when I got back to the shop that look like donut holes on the counter laid side ways on the counter. There nothing better then Shipley's given a bad blueberry donut one time but after trying all the local donut shops noting has topped Shipleys. Is it the doh or the oven maybe the degree. Either way it's a forever secret.
I've been going here the longest hands down my favorite Shipley in Houston hasn't failed me once except 2 days ago the cashier let a lady skip me in line
Stopped by this location on a Sunday morning, just before heading to church service. Despite having a pretty consistent flow of other parishioners from nearby, churches coming in, the staff was friendly, helpful, fast, polite, and worked efficiently as a team to move both sets of customers who were in the driveway as well as inside the store.
