The Shipley’s at the loop and 5th street says they are not part of the online Shipleys and don’t accept he orders. The Uber driver was at the window trying to pick it up. I had no indication that anything would be wrong with my order. They told us finally when we drove to the other location that the problem was Uber not reimbursing them for any online orders. Don’t place an online order for Shipleys in Tyler. I really wish we had a Krispy Kreme
