UPDATE: I called and was told to bring the old donuts back. I did just that, and the lady at the Troup Highway location laughed in my face and told me she wasn’t replacing the order. I didn’t want money, just the correct donuts. I asked for the manager, and she refused to tell me. I asked for the owners information and she told me to Google. I will NEVER patronize that location again. I called the Shipley’s location near Planet Fitness to get the owner’s or manager’s name. The gentleman that answered the phone was surprised ... read more
First time buying from here.... donut holes were cold and stale. I bought an orange juice and noticed it looked weird and turns out its expiration date was November 2022. We're in 2025....
I won't be wasting my money there again. Old, stale, overpriced, & poorly made kolaches. I don't ever go out of my way to make a review, but man.....it was so bad.
Walked in and left. Not very freindly amd the donuts looked terrible the sign was hard to read and the donuts were expensive was excited to go but will not be back. Gave unxanny valley vibes.
