Awesome people and service!
I gave this place zero stars because I did not know or had I ever heard of a Shipley's closing their dinner area at 12pm. I can't go through the drive through because I have a high top van which cannot fit under their drive-thru window. So therefore I had to leave and didn't get a chance to smell, taste or eat there
Got some donuts, kolachies and I decided to try the mocha cold brew. Took one sip and it tasted like there was some kind of cleaner in it. I tried calling. When i mentioned it they said they were getting a manager and then hung up on me. Tried calling back and they didn't even answer.
The workers are lazy and rude. Went in and ordered several donuts, when i asked for a cream filled bar they refused. I asked why and one worker stated she did not want to make it. This Shipley is not worth the trip off the highway.
