I love Shipleys so much it’s one of my favorite donut places.
So I just got home with my order, went home started to drink my hot chocolate and noticed dead ants FLOATING IN MY DRINK, there was like 5 of them in there and I don’t know how much of them I drank. So yeah never going there again. Check your drinks before you get it.
There’s no option for a ZERO star or I would have picked that. I had a very bad experience at this location today, and I feel the need to warn future customers. I purchased two dozen donuts through the drive-through. When I checked my receipt afterward, I noticed that a tip had already been charged to my card without my knowledge or consent.
