There is a homeless camp behind the store. When I visited with my daughter, a homeless man was taking a nap right next to the entrance. I did not feel comfortable getting out of the car or even rolling down my window at the drive through.
Placed an order for pickup, store did not have those items (Kolaches), yet they did not cancel or inform that they do not have these items till I drove out to this location. The lady didn’t even know I had placed an order 15-20 minutes prior, did not apologize nor acknowledge what they had done. Utterly poor service.
The food was good is the lack of customer service that is at this location no energy and is also understaffed.
My apple fritter was not done. It was soft.
