I went on Saturday morning and had such a great experience. The young lady who helped me was amazing, she got my order exactly right and was so kind the whole time. What really stood out was her patience. Even if things got a bit busy, she stayed calm, never rushed me, and made sure everything was perfect. Customer service like that really makes a difference!
Almost 3 o'clock and the kolaches were still fresh! That's not very common for donuts to be fresh this late, I'm impressed! Price was higher than expected but overall great experience and I'm a tough review to get almost 5 stars. Good job Shipley's! Highly recommended location!

I love Shipleys. This location is usually great. For some reason though there has been barely any icing on the cake donuts. I ordered 2 of them again this week and by the time I got home, the icing that is so yummy was all over the bag and none on the donut. I suggest you ice your donuts better in the future. If someone purchases an iced donut, it is because they want the icing. And in response to a review below....I can not believe someone complained about too much filling. Usually it not enough. She was lucky.
