I ordered a dozen glazed donuts and one apple fritter through Uber Eats on January 1. The apple fritter was missing, and the donuts I received were completely unacceptable. They appeared undercooked or stale—very doughy on the inside and not fresh at all. They were not edible and had to be thrown away. I attempted to contact the store directly, but no one answered. The kolache’s had a hard outer cover closer to a cracker than anything soft and fluffy. The chocolate filled doughnut was missing its filling. Our drive-through order was missing what we ordered. Horrible experience.
