Place was closed when I arrived 2:25pm. Hours are supposed to be 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Waited in drive through 20 minutes, finally deciding to check the doors. They were locked so basically no one is here. No notice, note, and the app provides no option to cancel order
This particular Shipleys is absolutely terrible. The food is always stale, the lady in the morning is incredibly rude, they take forever to take orders and whenever it’s moving “fast” they’re giving out half filled bags with barely enough food for even a child. If you value your money, time, or appetite just go somewhere else.
Always great donuts, great service
I will never when I say never go here again. I went there this morning before work. Donuts was cold and they have signs saying hot donuts until 5 pm daily negative. My sausage and cheese kolache bread hard no cheese and sausage looked burnt and dried out. I guess these were day old.
