After being denied coffee from southwest fwy Shipley I decided to go here for coffee and at 7oclock , at first place all the doors were locked and then she says no coffee as she washed all the stuff. Btw they close at 8. I mean what the hell. They really need to work on it otherwise loosing customers. Never returning back!!!!!!
I asked if there were fresh donuts. She said it would be 2 minutes. No problem. They brought them and I left. When I got home, I realized they didn't have the glaze on them. Not sweet at all. I couldn't eat them.
I came to this location to get donuts. I had a coupon to get two free donuts and the cashier would not accept the coupon claiming she did not know how to accept it. Management should not have a cashier working by themselves unless they know how to do every part of the job that is required.
