Every time the manager is here she always refuses to give me creamers to go every one else gives me creamers except for the manager
Orders half a dozen of glazed donuts, and the lady gave (I’m guessing fresh but not glazed) .they seemed to have been taken out of the fryer and just served them like that. I then called to asked what happened and the lady that answered was the same that served me, I explained the situation and she simply laughed at me. Not returning there ever again.
It’s really horrible and the worst service that the lady on the drive-through gifts. She should look for another job if she doesn’t like to take orders. It’s 7:30 am and she’s with a really bad attitude. I order a kolache and she was mad because I didn’t tell her which one (I just wanted the basic one) I asked for two donuts, one simple and one with nuts and she just gave me one.
