I placed an online order on Friday, August 15th for a pick up at 6:30 AM on August 16. I received a confirmation via email. When I arrived at the Shipley’s to pick up my order. I was told On they could not find the order. I showed them my email confirmation, including order number and a confirmed payment. The employee refused to give me my order that I PAID for!
