Terrible service from the guy working there—a man with glasses. He refused to serve us or let us pick out the donuts we wanted. Horrible service.
I am very upset because this morning Thursday 3/26/2026 I went to Shipley donuts, the employee name Antonio it was to rude with me I don't feel I going back, today I spent$65.00 and always I used to go to buy kolaches and donuts for my customers this person not even put napkins in my order, store number#120 thank you.
Lobby was closed so I waited in the drive in for a few minutes watching the young man work I left after I did not get any service for a few minutes
My kids and I love it here
Store time is till 8pm they close early
