The doors were locked so we could not get in. Some lady just motioned for us use the drive through. I would have left, but my partner had to have a coffee and donut. The same lady at window was very rude and blamed the manager for locking the doors at 1:00 PM (Wednesday). I will never come back here again and I hope their store owner reads this. Maybe they should know what it is going on at this heap.
Horrible customer service, for a good while now!!! You order one thing and you get something else, instead of what you ordered, 4 times have bought kolaches they have been cold, donuts aswell!! Gratefully found out of this other place called Anchor donuts!! They gave wonderful customer service and the food donuts ,kolaches are great and way better prices than you guys.
I went through the drive thru so atmosphere is based on general knowledge. I recently moved from New Mexico, grew up here tho, and have I missed Shipleys donuts. They are Soo good. They melt in your mouth. Not just the donuts but the kolache 🫠 YUM
Great service at this location and fresh donuts! Employees are awesome.
