this is by far the worst shipley‘s location I have ever been to in my life. Not only was the service bad for me but I watched them turn some a kid away, simply because they did not want to open their lobby up. In fact, they told her to go stand in the drive-through line in front of some cars and stand. This is completely unacceptable!!! my nieces and nephews attend the neighboring schools and if I had seen that be done to my own, I would have been even more livid than I already am. whoever is running this location should ser... read more

I come here pretty often, and the staff is usually friendly. But this morning I showed up at 5:18 AM, and both the store signage and Google say this location opens at 5 AM. There was a sign saying they were closed on the drive in window and no one ever came to the window. It was frustrating because I drove out of my way thinking the store was already open. I pulled up to the drive-through at 12:30 PM and she said she was out of coffee and not making any more for the rest of the day that will be the last time I waste my time driving over there. I recommend you go next-door.
