I come here pretty often, and the staff is usually friendly. But this morning I showed up at 5:18 AM, and both the store signage and Google say this location opens at 5 AM. There was a sign saying they were closed on the drive in window and no one ever came to the window. It was frustrating because I drove out of my way thinking the store was already open. I pulled up to the drive-through at 12:30 PM and she said she was out of coffee and not making any more for the rest of the day that will be the last time I waste my time driving over there. I recommend you go next-door.

In the holiday season, I’m usually in a rush to find something to recognize my students for their good behavior and hard work. This Shipley’s location makes it easy. Laura was courteous, efficient, and asked the right questions in fulfilling my order of three dozen mixed donuts. The kids loved them! This Shipley’s has my business because of employees like Laura.
