I had such a great experience! The donuts were fresh, delicious, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Mario was so kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that it made my whole day better. Mario was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way they do. Mario definitely deserve recognition for their hard work. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
I really like going to location is always clean , and mostly the customer service. A specific person that gave great customer service is Mario, an excellent person and very helpful and kind. This can probably be my favorite location.
I've gone to this location 8 years now. Today is the first time they messed up my order. I ordered inside the establishment, not drive thru. She had me repeat it twice. 3 ham and cheese kolaches, 3 bold sausage jalapeño kolaches. I got the 3 bold. The other 3 that were supposed to be ham and cheese were just sausage, no cheese. And the bread around them was crusty, not fresh. We'll go to kolache factory instead from now on.
