My order was ready 30 minutes before I arrived. It was ready to pick up and they still had me waiting another 10 minutes. I tried asking for help but they didn't even acknowledge me. Horrible service for sure.
Great donuts....fast service!
I had such a great experience! The donuts were fresh, delicious, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Mario was so kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that it made my whole day better. Mario was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way they do. Mario definitely deserve recognition for their hard work. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
