There's better shipley's but this one is close to the house
Ask for a receipt every time. I went ordered some items made it home not even 4 min later went back and played like they didn’t just see me charged me almost $16 just for a sausage jalapeño cheese kolache a new breakfast sandwich and a coffee. They forgot my donuts and acted like they gave them to me
I had the worst experience with Diana. She was extremely rude and nasty to me for absolutely no reason. All I did was order a medium coffee. When I told her about her attitude, she offered no apology, but chuckled and talked with her coworker. That is not the way customers should be treated and this should be addressed.
