How are yall open 24hrs but can’t give refund at night because yall want to give out old donuts. When I offer to wait on fresh donuts that is unacceptable I can’t have my money back cause I already got the donuts is dumb and the service was terrible he could’ve gave me my money back
There's nowhere to sit at this location even though there were counters, there was no chairs. Luckily there's a library down the street

I’ve come to Shipleys since a little girl and absolutely loved them! My experience today though… very unprofessional, rude and in my opinion it was racially motivated. My nephew was very excited to come in this morning and pick 2 donuts that he’s never tried before. When we walked in there were no customers but we were still rushed to make a decision.
