Placed order online, went to drive thru they gave me half my order, the bag felt light so I honked the horn to get them to come back to the window they took 3 mins to come back after looking at us waiting . Let them know my order is wrong they argued me saying it’s correct on what they gave me. Showed them my receipt that was emailed to me & what my order history was on the app that ask so shows my order . They still argued with me. Service is always horrible, my husband just went in today and he was about to ask if there was a certain donut with glaze and she immediately cut him off and said no, Sorry but if you don’t like your job please don’t ruin it for others. The owner she has provided good service but not the others.
This location is the worst ever. The Asian chick that part owner has a bad attitude. The donuts are never hot and always cold. I would rather drive on 290 & Ella to a good Shipley's with excellent service..
