Petra and Anair were amazing, this was my first time at a Shipley Donut as I live in SC and I am here for work and the experience was amazing! Very nice customer service from these two ladies! Thank you I will definitely be back!
Shipley’s brand is built on “made fresh daily,” but this location consistently serves cold donuts that have clearly been sitting out for hours. I asked for fresh donuts and was told the batch was made 30 minutes earlier — yet they were cold. When I asked when the next fresh batch would be made, I was told not until 4 PM.
