War Shipley’s I’ve ever been to waited over 30 minutes just to get a refund place my order online just to be told when I got there they didn’t have any and he couldn’t even do the refund and he had to call his manager multiple times and the manager wasn’t even answering.
I visited this location on 6/22/2026 and ended up being double charged. I called numerous times and finally spoke with Raina who told me to come back up to the location and she would refund me. I came back, showed her the receipt I was given, showed her my bank statement where the payment was posted twice. She even went and looked back at the cameras. All of this proof and she ended up still not refunding me. Now I’m having to wait on the district manager to call to resolve a simple issue.
Update: Lewis who is the district manager did call and was happy to resolve my issue. Thank you Lewis for your time and understanding!!
