i went through the drive through today around 1:50-2pm and Eddie had me just sitting at the speaker and window without assisting me for at least 10 mins very unacceptable and unprofessional. I drove through the drive thru twice and not once did he speak through the intercom so I went inside and I ask did the speaker work and he said yes but he was helping the customers inside the restaurant but I’m a customer to and the customers in drive thru should be treated equally.
