I placed an order through the app for pickup, so the order details were clearly listed and should have been easy to follow. When we arrived, the drive-thru was the only option (which I understand given it was later in the evening). We let them know we had an app order, received our food, and headed home. Unfortunately, once we got home, we realized the order was completely wrong. 3-22-26 l went to this shipley's Do- Nuts at 3:00 pm the doors were locked so I went through that drive through an order to glaze donuts and a milk and asked her if she could warm the doughnuts on the microwave and she said. no and I said, why and she said, microwave is not working. So don't understand that cause I'm pretty sure they have more then one microwave . Just writing this, so the manager can see it.She was kind of rude and look like she didn't wanna be there.
