Family owned Shipley do-nuts great service from staff to food
False advertising. The lobby says it opens at 5am and they didn’t wanna open til 6am.
One star is generous, terrible service. Cashier took a call in the middle of my order and started a conversation with a coworker before returning to finish taking my order. And before cashing me out she is surprised to hear the person on the phone hung up on her.
Lived here almost 30 years. Never been here except when my mom brings coffee and donuts. I took my sister for breakfast. Now I know why this is my mom's favorite Shipley's. Atmosphere is great and service is very good. I will be coming back. I recommend 👍
