I ordered donuts and Kolaches on Sunday for delivery. They delivered the donuts only and told us they didnt have enough kolaches to fulfill the order. I was fine with that so I just asked for a refund. Door dash explained that they were unable to do that due to the order being places on their website. I called shipley and asked for a refund for the Kolaches as I ordered a half dozen of them and that was 21 dollars. They where out of chocolate and I didn't think it was all that great compared to what I have been told
Doughnut was super dry and crispy. Kolache was sweet and not like other Shipley’s kolaches I’ve had.
