My go to Shipley
The associate was kind but the quality of the food was horrible...I went here to get my daughter a pink donut with sprinkles that she earned. She was so dissapointed!! It was cold ,old and had other color food dyes on it. I also had un fresh glazed donuts from here. I will bypass this location to go to a better one far down the road...The employees are kind but the food isnt the best.

I waited twenty minutes just to find out that they didn't have the items that I wanted. I probably wouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes if they had more than one person working here. However, at eleven thirty-five p m today, there's only one girl manning.The front and a drive through it, helping multiple customers. There's also an assortment of trash and empty boxes, all in the back, which lead to the impression that this place is just dirty.
Lovely staffs, very clean and welcoming enviroment, young lady called barbara is very nice and will make u feel extremely welcoming not only but also has great customer service.
