I placed an order at 10:45 and went to pick up my order. When I arrived, my order had not been started to the point they weren't even tracking my order. The employee stated they would have to bake kolaches and it would take 20 minutes. My large order of kolaches and donuts was finally prepared 45 minutes after I arrived.
