I visited Shipley's Donuts on Thursday, around 10:15am. I ordered three (3) donuts. My Shipley's Donuts app showed that I had two (2) free donuts. The store would not honor it. I showed them the app. They still wouldn't honor it. I also noticed that their donuts have shrunk. Their donuts are smaller than other donut shops. They have lost a customer. Terrible customer service!

My favorite place to get donuts! The hot glaze donuts are the best. The service is very fast! The atmosphere is what you expect from a donut shop.
