I honestly do not want to write this review but I feel I have a duty, so I'm going to be specific. First off that 5 star rating is complete trash, there is no possible way. It's probably the other side thanking her for doing such an injustice to her client. (More on that to come) Being stuck with Donna is like having a malignant tumor. Every single one of these reviews are spot on minus the woman posting from someone else's account. If you are being honest you don't need to hide. Being stuck with Donna is like having a cancerous tumor. If you don't cut it loose it will inevitably kill you. She is absolutely hostile, absolutely rude, and absolutely unprofessional.
