I've used Ship2Storage several times for 1-10 boxes. I didn’t need a full storage unit since I only had a few boxes, but I wanted the option to keep some longer than others and bring them back when I needed them. Ship2Storage was the perfect solution. I used Ship2storage when I needed to move across the country, but had a 1 month gap between the move-out and move-in dates. I initially called them to get some more detailed information on when the storage period starts, where the storage facility is located, etc, and the agent on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very smooth and worked perfectly for me. I handed off the boxes to UPS, and got the boxes back at my new addresses a month later. Wow- What can I say- I'm a merchant marine who is at sea 6-9 months a year. In between I am bouncing around between hotels, my family's homes, and friends' houses. The ship2 business model was exactly the type of storage/shipping solution I needed. Ship2Storage was one of the few options I found that can hold my luggage for a while when I traveled across the country. The service was moderately priced and easy to use. However, I would caution against shipping suitcases without a box and/or padding. My suitcase was damaged in transit, and Fedex declined our claim. Ship2Storage kindly offered a partial refund to help cover the cost of replacing the suitcase.

I just moved (all my belongings but no furniture as I moved out of a fully furnished apartment) from Nashville to New York, although it was a lot more complicated.
