Wow- What can I say- I'm a merchant marine who is at sea 6-9 months a year. In between I am bouncing around between hotels, my family's homes, and friends' houses. Ship2Storage was one of the few options I found that can hold my luggage for a while when I traveled across the country. The service was moderately priced and easy to use. However, I would caution against shipping suitcases without a box and/or padding. My suitcase was damaged in transit, and Fedex declined our claim. Ship2Storage kindly offered a partial refund to help cover the cost of replacing the suitcase.

Highly recommend this company. Have used them multiple times, multiple years, multiple moves between various states. They are a life saver and such a great unique concept! Customer service is great.. it is nice to be dealing with a real person who actually handles the packages and logistics. I am ready to use them again for my next move! I TRUST them. Five stars with no hesitation!
