I have no idea how Stephanie has so many positive reviews, or even a job, as she has to be the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with (if I can even say that, as she has barely spoken to me). I am part of a group attending a wedding in Jamaica, using her and this company as our coordinator. Since booking our room through her in October 2019, I can count on one hand the number of times she has contacted me. Stephanie, Janet and the whole team here are great! They've booked all of my trips for the past several years including girls' weekends, my honeymoon and my husband's first European adventure. We just returned from a long weekend in Quebec that Stephanie helped us plan and it was amazing. We've usually gone to them not knowing exactly what we are looking for and everything that they have planned for us has been perfection. Can't wait for them to start planning out next adventure.
Stephanie did an AMAZING job planning our honeymoon to Italy! From the tours to the car service to the flights, everything was above our expectations! She’s traveled to many places so she knows all the ins and outs and good tours to put you on. We did rome and the amalfi coast and it was anabolaite dream, we want to go back already! Everyone as ship to shore is patient, kind, knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. All around an A++ experience... I highly highly recommend Ship to shore travels!
Not only did our travel agent Stephanie scour all possible weeks and locations to find the perfect trip in our budget, but when we found out our flight coming home was delayed only hours before boarding, she managed to get us rerouted AND on first class seats before we even reached the ticket booth at the airport! If you have ever thought twice about whether you should or shouldn't use a travel agent, just do it. Thanks to everyone at Ship to Shore and especially Steph for giving us the best vacation yet!!
Best Travel Agency on earth. They planned our destination wedding and honeymoon as well as other trips for us. Both my bride and I are very demanding and have high expectations. They met and exceeded everything we possibly could have imagined. Don't go anywhere else, you found what you are looking for!
