Great service by the staff, they kept in constant contact, answered all my questions and didnt complain with how annoying I was when I messaged all the time about my vehicle shipment. The reason I am giving 3 star instead of 5 is because there were a couple of charge that happened that were not mentioned before starting the service. This is the second time I have used this company, specifically Miron Friedman and I will absolutely continue to use them as needed in the future. I’ve now used their services twice for vehicle imports, and each time Miron made the entire process completely seamless. He handled everything from start to finish, aside from physically picking up the vehicle at the port. I highly recommend using them.
I feel bad as I see a lot of people writing bad comments about this company. I've NEVER had a problem with them. NEVER. (Regarding the negative reviews..) Ship overseas is not an insurance provider, but rather a shipping company -- you must make sure to get insurance when shipping your vehicle so that no damages occur to it.
