** CORRECTION Manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called to informed them that the fingerprint card they completed for me was rejected by the state of Arizona due to the quality of the fingerprints. I wanted to see if I can come in and redo the card at no expense since my company had already paid for it once. Not to mention the first time the worker had to do the fingerprint over 3 times and the last time she asked me to do it myself.
