False advertisment. Sale said $69.85 buy 1 get 1 free and they charged me $149.90 for 2 bottles plus shipping and tax. And if returned unopened restock charge is $50.
Since they onboarded to Deposco, it has been a failure. Again & again orders get stuck which leads to delay in order processing causing to miss SLA & breaches.
Breanna brought to my attention an issue with barcodes that were doubling up, this caused those orders to not show in the warehouse. Breanna provided me with the solution to fix this problem, and all was taken care of in less than an hour. Breanna was very professional and awesome to deal with, couldn't have gone smoother.
