Great company, excellent company even clean my screens and mirrors!
I've never left a bad review for any company. Only good reviews. This will be my exception. We've had our windows cleaned by Shiny Windows for a number of years. Initially the work was great and the value good, or at least fair. Their technicians were very good and a pleasure. In the last three years, the quality of the technicians declined and the price of the service increased substantially each year. Unethical company, do not use. Company rep inspected my home and quoted a price to clean all windows. Only one window has a storm shutter, and the company rep agreed to clean that window too. The man said he needed a ladder and would return to remove the shutter and clean the window. He never returned. I complained to the company and was told they don't remove storm shutters. We are a window cleaning company and do not provide any services to shutters nor do we advertise this service. We offered to return to clean that window once you have removed the shutter, however instead of allowing this you ended our conversation screaming obscenities and yelling at the representative on the phone. Hopefully you are able to understand this I know I would not want someone with no experience in SHUTTER REMOVAL doing this kind of service on my home. Thank you
Missed two scheduled appointments to look at a window their worker damaged, then said since the worker used no tools they couldn't have damaged the window and claimed no responsibility. The owner refused to stop by to look at the window or to call me to discuss. We will not use them again or recommend them in the future.

The technician tried to show the damaged window to customer, who was on the phone and ignored him. It was a preexisting condition, for that we can't take responsibility. For that reason we saw no point to confirm this at the site, explained that to customer. It is not in our profile to fix windows. Our technicians don't use any tool could damage windows, however unfortunately if a window wasn't used (opened, closed) for a long time it is possible has damage the owner don't even realize, but we don't feel we would have to fix... read more
