The place was so well run under Vivien. What a change. I know they eliminated the massage that was kindly provided with the standard pedicure, but I was willing to live with that. But to come in ready for a pedicure and be told they have time and have more than one technician eventually finish and sit on the customer chairs with their phones and not either proceed with a waiting customer or let them know when they will be with you is too much. This has become the nails I had made in May 29. It can't be such a bad quality. My nails are the next week of my $97 I pay. I definitely don't recommend it.
I have been going here for over a year now! Ally is truly amazing at what she does. I’ve gone to her multiple times for services like gel nail refills and pedicures, and she is always so meticulous, her attention to detail is unmatched and the results are consistently beautiful. Today, I had my gel nails removed and went for a simple shellac manicure.
