Extremely unprofessional behavior is represented by a zero-star rating. As a Mandarin and Vietnamese speaker, I fully comprehended their statements regarding customers of diverse ethnicities which was shocking to hear. They assured me that I would be served within 10 minutes, but I was ultimately left waiting for 35 minutes in a cold room with the door open, before being charged for a soak-off. Trustworthiness is rewarded, and I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.

This is my second time patronizing this business. The first visit, almost a month ago, was for a pedicure — and to be fair, it wasn’t bad. That’s why I decided to return today for both a pedicure and a full set of tips. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. To have both services turn out poorly is unbelievable. One of my toes is now damaged on the side, and the nails look horrendous. This place is extremely unsanitary. I’ve seen nail techs drop tools on the floor and use them for pedicures. They don’t use new tools for each service, the conditions are horrid and hazardous for health. Will not be returning.
