LISTEn to the bad reviews I just went there today and they treated Me rudely and very coldly. Extremely unprofessional behavior is represented by a zero-star rating. As a Mandarin and Vietnamese speaker, I fully comprehended their statements regarding customers of diverse ethnicities which was shocking to hear. They assured me that I would be served within 10 minutes, but I was ultimately left waiting for 35 minutes in a cold room with the door open, before being charged for a soak-off. Trustworthiness is rewarded, and I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.

This is my second time patronizing this business. The first visit, almost a month ago, was for a pedicure — and to be fair, it wasn’t bad. That’s why I decided to return today for both a pedicure and a full set of tips. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. To have both services turn out poorly is unbelievable.
