After years of faithfulness, I'm canceling my monthly plan. I showed up today ar 1755hrs. The employees already had the lanes blocked and were closing up. Hours were listed until 1800. I don't know about you, but my employer cares about that 5 minuets. There's enough competition in the area. I'll take my business elsewhere. I was patient with you all before. This is the last straw.
Joined about 7 months ago and have noticed a dramatic decline in quality. Their members only entrance has been shut down for months and you have to pull up, let the guy see your tag and then get a thumbs up. Their rinse arms must have a prostrate problem because one side of the final rinse is missing and the vacuums don't suck. Found out they are NOT affiliated with Shinyshell at all. Vacuums are always broken been a member for a year now. Drive through access broken.
It was good when I started, now is a complete desaster, I will fo somewhere else, you get the charge monthly debited without considering the lack of service due to damage equipments , is no hose working to vacum inside or no preasure at all. Dont recomend this carwash at all anymore and will look aoob dor another one
I have been a paying customer for over two years. I also pay for a membership for my daughter. This place should be closed down asap. Gate isn’t working, so you have to pull up so the worker can see your license plate and they then give you a thumbs up as you look through your side rear view mirror. You then have to maneuver a very difficult turn to attempt to get lined up for the wash .
