Vacuums are always broken been a member for a year now. Drive through access broken.
It was good when I started, now is a complete desaster, I will fo somewhere else, you get the charge monthly debited without considering the lack of service due to damage equipments , is no hose working to vacum inside or no preasure at all. Dont recomend this carwash at all anymore and will look aoob dor another one
I have been a paying customer for over two years. I also pay for a membership for my daughter. This place should be closed down asap. Gate isn’t working, so you have to pull up so the worker can see your license plate and they then give you a thumbs up as you look through your side rear view mirror. You then have to maneuver a very difficult turn to attempt to get lined up for the wash . Been a multi car subscriber for a while but I have to now take my business somewhere else. Unfortunately, things keep not working and when items break they aren’t fixed. To name a few, vacuums are incredibly weak and will barely clean your car, the pressurized water stream that is part of the rinsing process within the wash has been broken for about a half year despite assurances it will be fixed, occasionally a car being washed gets no soap dispensed and is scrubbed dry, etc. I liked this place, but I don’t see them working... read more
