I have gave this place a 5 star in the past but the last couple of months the attendances don’t wait till you have your car in neutral . They just push the start button I have a Tesla and it takes a little bit longer to switch into neutral then a car with a manual gear changer. I have to be fully stopped and then open a tab on my dash to put my car in car wash mode. There one guy that will actually wait. The rest are just in a hurry to get the cars through. Nice wash, free washes opening week!!
The company is really good and I think these guys try, but at this location, something is always broken, or empty or something of the sort. 2 times in a row now some brushes weren't working and we often get stopped in the tunnel
