Bad service handled by manager D when I told her that I had chosen 104 and her employee put on 105 for SNS manager did my ped with 104 and she started telling me I chose 105 and I asked for the booklet and told her no it was 104 and we cked book together and like they say CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT my toes matched 104 and before I shut her face up 2 prove her WRONG she was giving m3 an atitude acussing that it was my fault and that her employee had already did the job and removed it to re do it. Whoever was in their (totally empty) salon when I went in was very rude. Had what was a perfectly normal conversation about getting a fill-in and then out of no where she goes "Okay, calm down". I walked out the door. Maybe don't be rude to potential customers when you have none.
