I needed a simple replacement of missing a small diamond on the very top of my ring. It was replaced as agreed, but when I noticed the largest diamond located at the bottom of the ring the owner said that it had come loose during cleaning and that it wasn’t real. Which is an absolute lie! He informed me that it was a cubic zirconia. This ring was custom made, and it was taken from the engagement ring of my now deceased wife.
