I was referred to Shiny Happy Smiles for dental sedation for my child, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish! I first had a consultation with Dr. Josh, who answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. We were even able to schedule my child’s sedation appointment the following week which was so convenient! Leanne (my dental hygienist) was so kind! I expected a regular, boring visit to the dentist but got a party instead. She overall made it a low cortisol experience! I just left and miss her already :) Plus she cleaned my teeth very well
Leann was amazing! Love the whole team there. Dr Josh is great
We established care for 4 kids earlier in the year and overall good experience. However the practice dropped our insurance from in network mid year and we weren't told until less than a week before annual cleaning, leaving us scrambling. I understand that there may be valid reasons for dropping but giving families enough heads up (a letter would work too) to coordinate world have been appreciated to allow for adequate planning, scheduling, and finding alternatives to not miss cleanings/care.
