Good experience so far. You don’t have a luxurious waiting area but I don’t care about that. What I do care about is that you are waiting in the actual bays and can see them work. And it’s great work and honesty; plus they don’t rush when working on your car. So I’m definitely coming back for my maintenance fluids and repairs. Worth driving 20 minutes for quality work. Ps, an example of the honesty was when the tech mentioned that I don’t need any extra maintenance for a while, besides regular oil changes.
We are very happy to work with Shin's Auto shop over 15 years to service our multiple cars including Honda Odyssey, Acura MDX, BENZ GL450. He is an honest mechanic to provide quality service at reasonable price which is lower than other places. He always tell us the truth of the issue and what 's need to be done. In addition, he always finish his work on time. High recommended!
