Didn't repair my watch or exchange the new band I had bought for the other colour. Very poor service

Love the brand and what it represents! I loved the new 🤍shaped earings, and received them for a gift. I was a little disappointed that they were a lot smaller than pictured, and that you can't see the branding on them. For the price I think they could have been a little bigger. Would love to rep Detroit in Texas where the branding was visible. Would love to see a larger version made!

Recently, due to Pandemic, my local jeweler was closed. My Shinola watch needed a new battery. So... I tried to replace it myself. Not a good plan. I had no problem accessing the battery and removing it. But when I went to install the new battery, I didn’t realize that there was a very small brass tab and apparently, it broke off. The kind and good people at Shinola fixed it in about two weeks from the time I shipped it to them and they shipped it back! Great job, great service and I can’t thank them enough. I love my Shinola watches but I wish you would offer the option of a larger band when you purchase a new watch without having to pay an additional fee.

I have some watches. I bought the fabric watchband, wore it (along with one of my watches) during construction work for over two years. It got very dirty. I just washed it in the washing mahine. It looks brand new. Very pleased.

Way to go Shinola! We ordered a replacement watch band and were surprised to receive a hand written note and a replacement band complete with the tools needed to change the band - beautifully packaged and made in the U.S.A.! Thank you for minding the details and your amazing service!
