The idea itself is cute and I've been to revolving sushi bars both in and out of Japan that were great but unsurprisingly for an AYCE sushi spot, the actual quality of fish was pretty subpar. The tuna had no flavor, the crab salad was . . . pungent 😅, the avocado was bruised and not fresh, the tempura was stale . . . Anyway, if you want truly good, fresh sushi this is not the place for it.
I’ve been wanting to check out this sushi experience for quite some time. We arrived and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and explained the process. You are provided a tablet which allows you to order anything as part of the all you can eat as long as it had a $0 sign next to the item. You had to pay for drinks, certain desserts, and alcohol which is all understandable. You can grab any sushi, fruits, deserts going by on the conveyor belt.
