The lady Heidi was a complete flake she put the wrong kind of jewelry into my neck dermal AND my body rejected IT I paid $50 to have her do this and now I’m going to have to rip out my dermal by myself because they won’t even set up an appointment... The tattoo guy on the other hand is absolutely amazing... but they need to find a replacement for Heidi she’s too busy and she flakes out a lot
